at CMTR are a vibratnt lot and organise a number
of functions. Three annual featuers are:

Faculty/management only acts as a facilitator &
inncourages the students to innovate organisation
& learn practical aspects of event management.
Business quizes & debates are regularly organised
by the students.
As
annual function showcase the talent of our students
in performing arts. The academic and extra - curricular
achievements of the students are ackonowledged on
the same occasion. It is also an opportunity for
the parents to interact with the faculty.
Sports
CMTR believes that a healthy
body bears a healthy mind. CMTR provides facalities
for indoor sports such as table tennis, carom board,
chess etc. In addition students organise sports events
such as arm wrestling, table tennis and other indoor
tournaments.

Club)
Ultimately it is money that matters. Emphasising the
impotance of Financial Managments in any Organisation,
the club incourages the students to examine the
viability of business ideas.
PAAR Trackers (Marketing Club)
Theory is well learnt practically.
PAAR
Trackers (perception, attitude & advertising
research), the marketing reseach division of CMTR, was fomally
launched in 2003 by Y. S. Rajan, the then Vice Chancellor,
Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar and Mr.
H. V. Krishanmurthy, former Advisor (Price Walter
House Coopers, New Delhi).
Sambandh (HR Club)
People are most precious
assets of any organisation. Realising the importance
of human resources in organisation, the club endevours
to inculcate the team spirit and soft skills
in the participants using techniques like role playing,
psychological tests and counselling. The club acknowledges
the importance of practising theory in building
& improving human relationships.
